The Otto Group is a globally active retail and retail-related services group. We are present in more than 20 countries with 123 major companies. Our activities are divided into three main business segments: Multichannel Retail, Financial Services and Services.

Multichannel Retail

The business core of the Group of companies comprises the Otto Group companies in Germany and abroad which offer their products via the three distribution channels of e-commerce, catalogues and over-the-counter (OTC) retail. The Otto Group is the largest online retailer for fashion and lifestyle in Europe and the second-largest online retailer in the world with end-consumers (B2C).

Financial Services

The Financial Services segment comprises the Otto Group’s international financial services, such as receivables, information and liquidity management (EOS Group) and payment services (Yapital).


This segment comprises the Otto Group‘s logistics and sourcing companies. These work both for the Group companies as well as for external corporate customers. Here the Hermes Group supplies all services along the logistics value chain, from procurement, through quality control, transportation and warehousing, to delivery to private and business customers.
